Meetings

Your meetings,
fully captured.

MeetriX is an AI meeting assistant that joins your Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex calls, transcribes Arabic and English with speaker names, and turns the conversation into summaries, minutes, and action items.

Real product UI MeetriX: finished meeting minutes with attendance chips next to the diarized transcript

Arabic transcription that works

Real Arabic dialects, not just news-anchor fusha: MeetriX understands how the region actually speaks in meetings, with English mixed in mid-sentence.

Speakers, named

Who said what, attributed by name, so the transcript reads like a record instead of a wall of text.

Joins every platform

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex: invite the bot or connect your calendar and it shows up on time so you can focus on the conversation.

Minutes that write themselves

Summaries, formal minutes, decisions, and action items with owners, generated from the transcript and ready to share when the call ends.

A searchable meeting memory

Every meeting becomes a document you can search, quote, and send, instead of a memory that fades by Thursday.

Enterprise deployment

Custom deployments for organizations with data-residency and privacy requirements, in line with the rest of the Lisan platform.

Measured

The transcription claim,
with its evaluation attached.

In Lisan's September 2026 evaluation, M3, the multilingual meeting transcription system inside MeetriX, reached a 1.62% character error rate on real multi-dialect Arabic meetings with human-verified transcripts, the lowest of seven systems scored under the same rules. Google chirp_3 was next at 2.26%. It processes an hour of audio in 45 seconds on an L4 GPU, 80x real time.

M3 records the lowest character error rate of seven systems on the same human-verified meetings

Lower is better. Character error rate (CER) after defined lexical normalisation.

Same source audio, same human-verified reference, same scoring rules for every system. Every system received the same participant-separated audio, so speaker attribution is not part of the comparison. Evaluation snapshot September 2026. See 'How we measured' in the report for the scoring rules.
